This treadmill comes with a good Max speed range of 10kph which is easily adjustable from 0 to 10kph from the digital control unit. For even more resistance when running the treadmill also comes with four adjustable incline settings.

The stylish built in display comes equipped with pulse sensors built into the frame handles to monitor heat rate. The sensors are built into the handle for easy use. The display unit also shows the distance you have ran, what speed you are doing, a timer, your heart rate or whatever program you are using.

The York Treadmill T501 has 6 different program settings for a variety of workouts & the whole treadmill folds away so you don’t have to worry about it taking up valuable space in your home.

A couple of nice feature with this peace of equipment is the safety key. The key is plugged into the display unit & a small cable is clipped to your clothing, in case of falls the treadmill will stop if the key is removed. I also like the cup holder for keeping a bottle of water or you favourite sports drink handy.

All in this is great value for money & boasts some feature of the more expensive models.

I decided to treat myself to a treadmill & after lots of looking around I chose this York treadmill. I’ve had it for a couple of weeks now & used it every other day with any problems at all.

From all that I looked at this one was the best value, at the time I write this Amazon were offering a big discount & the features on this treadmill are just as good as the ones found on model that cost twice as much.

Amazon were quite to deliver too with the treadmill arriving within 4 days after buying. The treadmill was boxed but easy enough to assemble, you may need another pair of hand but I managed to put it together on my own.

The treadmill is solid & feels great to run on. It has two handy cup holders which is use one for my MP3 player & the other I put a nice cold bottle of water in, it sure beats running around the streets.

There’s really nothing I can say bad about this treadmill, it’s great & I’m more than happy with my choice.
